Glazed folding screens for internal use. Developed
using the successful Visioplan detailing, this refined, glazed version
throws new light on to an old subject, brightening your prospects
by introducing glass into the traditional timber framed panels or
the clean, elegant aluminium framed panels. Ideal for Day Centres,
Schools and Hospitals.
TIMBER FRAME
A series of custom made, timber framed panels, which are continuously
hinged and are easy to operate.
Available either top hung or floor rolling where structural
support is not adequate to carry the weight of the panels or when
bunching off-centre of the track. Sweep seals are fitted at top
and bottom of each panel to enhance the acoustic properties.
A pass door is intergral with a variety of finishes
ALUMINIUM FRAME
These panels are assembled from extruded profiles in white lacquered
finish providing clean attractive lines.
As with the timber-framed system, panels are top hung,
requiring a floor guide only when using end-folding configuration.
Panels are fitted with integral sweep seals at top and bottom edges,
and are interconnected by butt hinges. Each alternate panel is secured
at the floor with slide bolts engaging into sockets, or the floor
guide when using end-folding stacking.
DESCRIPTION:
A series of continuously hinged together panels constructed using
timber frames or aluminium extruded profiles with sweep seals at
top and bottom.
SUPPORT:
Panels are top hung with stacking options as centre folding or end
folding with floor guide.
WALL CLOSING:
In the closed position the end panel (or in the case of a double
wing, the centre panel) acts as a full height door with D
ring handles. The whole wall is flattened out, stabilised and locked
in position by key operated shoot bolts on each alternate panel.
PANEL FINISHES:
Timer framed systems are finished in high-density spray paint but
choice extends to veneers, laminates, pinboard or primer sheet ready
for site decoration. Aluminium framed systems are electrostatically
painted white as standard, but other colours available on request.
Pelmets are finished in white as standard with matching colours
/ finishes available on request.
