The Alternative Solution

A modern double shell concertina folding wall which closes flat, to fill the gap between hinged folding walls and vinyl sliding-folding partitions with a variety of options designed to provide an alternative solution.

An easily operated folding wall with robust internal lever mechanism to lock the panels absolutely flat when closed across a room, giving the appearance of a flat smooth panelled wall without visible hinges. Top hung with no floor guide. The leaves operate smoothly and quietly along an aluminium overhead track. The deep section aluminium leading edge profile incorporates a magnetic insert that combines with a special action latch for positive closure. Once the door handle releases the lever mechanism, the hinge system allows the bunched leaves to fold back unobtrusively to the side of the opening. Adjustable jamb posts mean the sides of the wall are neatly fixed without packing or architraves. Available in a choice of finishes including veneers and melamine with a choice of white or dark brown for the door handles.

Sound insulation ratings up to Rw 34dB.
