Ashridge Golf Club,
Berkhamsted
The new club house at this famous golf club features Glassplan ASL 66 folding timber doors along the first floor balcony. The function rooms benefit from commanding views across the golf course and the use of glazed folding doors allow the scenery to be enjoyed in comfort at any time of year. In good weather the doors are easily folded back so that the large balcony becomes part of the function space. The architect specified folding doors with matching fan lights, fixed panels and doors constructed from triple laminated pine with a Sikkens stain finish.
